| Dixie Moffatt is a senior member of the firm's Commercial Loan Origination team and brings in excess of twenty years experience to her position. Dixie has held numerous positions within the Commercial Banking Industry, including positions with local banks as well as five years with Regional and National giant Bank of America.
Dixie is a results-driven and fully-licensed broker with the best interests of her clients at heart. Her professional acumen and tenure as a seasoned commercial loan consultant, afford her the ability to structure, place and successfully close all types of credit facilities, while continuing to grow her customer portfolio.
Dixie and her husband Bob have lived in the Tampa Bay Region for eight years. She has two children Chantelle and Dustin. Dixie is a Commercial Lending instructor with the American Institute of Banking as well as an active member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers.
